Luis dismisses pity issue with Jennylyn
LUIS Manzano criticizes detractors who question his relationship with Kapuso actress Jennylyn Mercado.
After the two confirmed their romance separately on their respective networks, rumors have it that the actor is only with Jennylyn out of pity.
"I'm very very happy. Wala akong pakialam sa ganun. I don't have time for them and I will never have time with them. Kung ganoon ang tao mag-isip eh wala na akong magagawa dun," Luis said.
Luis added life is better without detractors and that he and Jen will only focus on what's positive and what's good for everyone.
"Life is better without them, yung mga taong nanghihila pababa, intrigues is part of life but for me hating is not. My life is so much better without them. I don't see the need to exert effort to please them."
The actor said he is very happy with his present relationship but said it is too early to discuss marriage.
"We weren't hiding anything naman. Kahit na nasa showbiz kami eh we value our personal life, we'd like to keep everything personal."
"I'm not wasting time. Pero I'll be the first one to say na we have a long way to go. The fact that I'm holding her hand means I'm very happy," he ended.
